We offer same-day or next-day appointments for most repairs. For emergencies like a leaking washer or a broken fridge, we provide priority dispatch, often within hours. Call us, and we’ll give you a precise arrival window.
3. Do you offer evening or weekend service?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to fit your busy life. Emergency repairs are available outside standard business hours.
4. How good is the service?
We get it done as soon as possible, no backend charges, just professional service.

Pricing & Payments
5. How much does a repair cost?
Repair costs vary based on the appliance, the issue, and the parts required.
Yes, we charge a flat diagnostic fee of 105 CAD that goes toward your repair if you choose to proceed.
You will never pay for a repair you haven’t approved.

6. Are there any hidden fees or trip charges?
No. Our quote includes all parts, labour, and the service call. There are no hidden fees, what we quote is what you pay.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and e-transfers for your convenience.

Absolutely. Every SteadiFix technician is licensed, background-checked, and factory-trained on all major brands. They are not only experts but also respectful professionals who will treat your home with care.
9. Do you use quality parts?
Yes. We use only high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent parts to ensure a reliable and lasting repair.
10. What if my appliance can’t be fixed?
While we fix over 90% of appliances we service, sometimes an old unit isn’t worth repairing. If that’s the case, we’ll give you an honest assessment and help you understand your options without any pressure.

Warranty & Guarantees
11. Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes! We stand behind our work with a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour. If the same issue occurs within that time, we’ll fix it at no extra cost to you.
12. What brands do you repair?
We repair all major brands, including LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Maytag, Bosch, Frigidaire, GE, and more. If you have a specialty or commercial appliance, just ask!

13. How can I prevent future appliance problems?
Simple maintenance goes a long way! Regularly clean dryer lint traps, avoid overloading washers, and check fridge seals for leaks. You can also ask our technicians for tips during your service call.
14. Do you service commercial appliances?
